Change of Deadline

The deadline for completing your comments for the customer behavior blog has been changed. Instead of April 6 as previously posted, the deadline is April 20. The follow up survey about the blog and the online quiz will be distributed shortly after the April 20 deadline.

If you did not comment before the March 20 deadline, then this represents your chance at redemption. You may post comments and receive the following credit toward your final grade:

If you post zero (0) times, then you get 0 points.
If you post 1 – 3 times, then you get 5 points.
If you post 4 – 5 times, then you get 7.5 points.
If you post 6 or more times, then you get 10 points.

These points are only available to students who did not post at all before the March 20 deadline.
